All Sales are Final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for items once purchased. However, if your item(s) arrives with a defect or damaged, we will be more than happy to offer a like-for-like exchange.
You have 10 calendar days from the date received to contact us if there is an issue with the item. You will receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) which you must include with your exchange order. The item must be unused, and in original packaging. Once received your item, we will inspected and you will be notified of the status of your exchange. Keep in mind all items are made to order so any exchange will take up to 6-8 Weeks to be completed. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
